Speaking of MAGA and silly rhetoric, no one has yet come up with an answer, in all the times I've asked: What part of history is the 'Again' in that mantra referring to?

When was America great? Why did it decline? Besides hiring all the wrong people, and having to fire them, what has the man whose catchphrase it is, done to build it up again?
