To-day is the official launch of Election 2019.

(Social media is saying that it is insensitive and disrespectful for Trudeau to call an election on the anniversary of 9/11.)

So, what will be the burning issue(s) in this election? The Liberals probably think it is gay marriage.

The talking heads on TV said that the Conservatives are starting the election with 100 seats already in the bag and have the largest war chest. Wish they hadn't said that. Nothing is in the bag. Anything can happen in 40 days.

So, the battle is to win another 70 or more seats. Area code 905 will decide who gets a majority government.

So that's what that burning sensation in our rear is.

It would've cost them nothing to pick another day.

It clearly was an attack on the United States. Canada lost 26 of their own on that day.

I don't know how solemn a day it is for Canadians. I'll leave that up to the Canadians on the board to opine.

JT is a liberal cuck, rumor is that he even scheduled a meeting with the taliban for peace talks during the 9/11 anniversary, he probably plans to cuck hold his wife while the taliban takes turns banging her. What a disgrace, I think it is sure sign that JT is going senile.

It's astonishing that a record number of current MPs from the three major parties have announced their decisions not to re-run again (according to CTV news).
Wondering what the under-current is since it appears to be common among the Liberals, Cons and NDP!

The only way to make it right is for JT publicly congratulate the US on the anniversary of 9/11.

I think Trudeau has this election in the bag.

After all, it's not like he's broken any laws...errrr...scratch that.
It's not like he invited a convicted assassin to a state dinner...errr...scratch that.
It's not like he professed to be a feminist but actually proved not to be ...errr...scratch that.
It's not like he hypocritically sold arms to Saudi Arabia...errrr...scratch that.
It's not like he embarrassed us by wearing costumes while on a trip to India...errrr...scratch that.
It's not like he groped anyone...errr...scratch that.
It's not like he welcomed thousands of refugees into the country without a plan...errr...scratch that.
It's not like he didn't earn respect from our largest trading partner...errr...scratch that.
It's not like he speaks about saving the environment but can't explain how the taxes collected will improve it...errr...scratch that.

On second thought...I think he's toast.

Andrew Scheer Just Shared A Video Of His New Private Jet & Canadians Aren't Impressed:

On Wednesday morning, it was finally announced that the 2019 federal election campaign was officially underway. To celebrate the kick-off of his party’s campaign, Conservative leader Andrew Scheer took to Twitter to share a video of his new Conservative Party-themed Andrew Scheer private jet. The 35-second clip was met with criticism from Canadians, who called the party leader out for ‘hypocrisy’.

Just after 8 p.m. on Tuesday night, Andrew Scheer shared the short clip of the Conservative Party aircraft on his Twitter account, adding the caption, “We’re ready.” The 35-second video showed Scheer’s brand-new plane, which featured his campaign slogan 'It’s time for you to get ahead', and massive text that said, 'SCHEER 2019' along one side of the aircraft.

Canadians were quick to respond to Scheer’s Twitter post, with a number of people calling him out for his hypocritical behaviour. As Scheer repeatedly refers to himself as a middle-class Canadian, Twitter users took the opportunity to remind him that most middle-class Canadian families do not have access to a private jet.

One Twitter user joked, “Wow, just like the jets my parents flew when my sister and I were growing up middle class like you did!”

Another made a similar joke about Scheer’s self-proclaimed ‘middle-class’ life writing, “What a wonderfully middle-class multimillion dollar jet you have there, Andy. YOU'RE JUST SO RELATABLE.”

One user called Scheer out on his over-the-top choice of transport, noting that the rest of the main party leaders have got a campaign bus instead. The user explained, “Now we know who the “you” is in the slogan - the ones who can afford private jets. Most candidates show a bus in their campaign ads but not Andy “Middleclass” Scheer.”

Andy, who just yesterday lauded his impoverished upbringing, kicks off his man of the people campaign, stunting on social media with a private jet.

Ready to cut education, health care, and social services for our most at risk and marginalized communities.

In response to Scheer’s post, several Canadian Twitter users took the opportunity to make sarcastic jokes about how out-of-touch the Conservative leader’s post seemed to be. One person remarked, “Nothing screams “for the middle class” like a private jumbo jet for a political CAMPAIGN.”

While another made a similar joke, adding, “Nothing says fiscal responsibility and for the people like a giant ass private jumbo jet.”

You do realize that Trudeau also got on a private plane in clips today right?

The opinions of a few party hacks on Twitter don't reflect most Canadians.

What is telling is he spent the past fending off questions about SNC Lavalin.

You do not get the gist of it do you. So read this quote and then comment:

Why should he answer questions of the SNC Lavalin, when the Canadians do not even consider it to be anything of a scandal of any sort?? You supported a certain individual who had numerous scandals down South and used his office to cover it up and not answer anything, but just lie.
But you have two different standards!!

You are being a douche, Poland deserves to be congratulated for their tragedy on the anniversary of WW2, but the US does not deserve to be congratulated on the anniversary of 9/11? If you are arguing that since WW2 was a bigger tragedy than 9/11 therefore Poland deserves a bigger congratulations then I would agree but no congratulations at all is not how we treat our dearest ally.

Ah, but Canadians do consider it a scandal. Hence the all day questioning of the PM. The press won't be kind this time around.

No one but a few party hacks cares about your plane deflection attempt.

Never a supporter of the PC party. But since
I must vote out the most inept PM in the history
of this nation I have no choice other than Scheer.
JT along with his ilk, Freeland, Hussen and the
rest of the cabinet must go to save this country.
Scheer and his cabinet cannot possibly be any
worse than these clowns.

It’s Scheer lunacy to vote for Harper 2.0
Even more lunacy to give Turdeau 4 more years. He is likely the most incompetent fool to ever hold the office of PM. I'm not counting 'foot in mouth' Kim Campbell, she was a temporary placeholder.
