The BC Supreme Court ruled in Dr. Tim Ball's favor and awarded him costs in the defamation lawsuit filed against him by Michael Mann. This has been ongoing for 8 years...unbelievable.

Ball is now 2 for 2. Earlier this year he won his case against Andrew Weaver. It's nice to see the justice system actually working for good.

Mann wouldn't provide the data per court order. Dr Ball believes the data will prove the hockey stick graph not only wrong but an act of fraud. The court agreed. And awarded costs. Justice served. Mann is a POS pseudo scientist.

Ball had the case dismissed because he said he was really old and sick, and that his attacks on Mann had no effect.

Update: The 30-day deadline to file an appeal has passed and Mann hasn't filed a thing.

It's now official and will not change: Mann lost.
