Imagine the US government that pretends to be looking out for the well-being of the entire nation, but instead it is secretly doing things only for the personal gain (probably mostly financial) of all government employees. The president, vice-president, and everyone you can imagine in the government are all in on it. The citizens start to realize something is wrong and they investigate (some getting killed when they find out too much, and the murders are covered up as accidental deaths by the government). Eventually, the citizens of the nation win through actions revealed in the movie. So, this is the type of movie I'm looking for. It doesn't have to be the US. Anyone know of such a movie?
