From the information learned in this article he should do prison time.
There's nothing here saying he was mentally ill during this attack.

Fair enough. But at this point there is doubt as the court has ordered a testing of his mental capability.
We should probably wait for that result before automatically determining his fate.
Emergence of abnormal behaviour appears to be consistently associated with post-concussion syndrome. Many have been known to act out violently for no reason as did Chris Benoit (former WWF wrestler)!:very_drunk:

Anyways I get your point. Just wanted to correct that. Problem is that CTE can only be determined after an autopsy.
Is this the reason his career was short. He put up pretty good numbers every year he played in the NHL.
