So you're trying to tell me that '' organised crime'' in Canada is more efficient than in the U.S.A.?
Yes I am. There is much more centralized control and the Italians here have closer links to Italy, it's run more like a corporation. All the organized crime experts say that Canada has way better mafia.
The Wolfpack Alliance guys are trying to take the reigns away from the traditional organized mafia. They are younger, better with technology, and multicultural. They were involved in John Raposo's killing and so was Caputo's brother. Raposo was just a street dude back in the 80's but got bigger as he got older.
