Pure bullshit on your part. If you bothered to watch the entire video in HD rather than this grainy version (as i did live since I'm in the Philly area), you would have noticed the blood on his arm as he ran down the sidewalk toward the patrol car before stopping and being tended to.

More impressive was the immediate footage following this clip where the car he was being transported in gunned it in reverse and narrowly missed another fast moving incoming patrol car by maybe an inch.
