How could they loose your card? Did they loose everyones card? I would think they are all together. Unless someone used yours that has the same name.

Mine has never been lost but it's been misfiled a few times. I'll just stand there until they find it. They'll usually do it pretty quickly since they want to get on with business. Lol!
