The guys a jerk, but was trying for a laugh. Some people actually believe the attempt makes crude, rude, bigoted, stupid remarks OK. It does not.

I can tell you, having three threads about this, is not going to win you any favours here. It does look like over-kill. Compared to how other deal with issues on this board. Just letting you know.

Canada has an immigration points system. I personally think the system is flawed because it doesn't give enough points to skilled trades persons. But that's for another day. The reality is that the majority of people applying for immigration to Canada come from China, India, Pakistan and the Philippines. They're non white. I'm sure if you apply for immigration to Canada from a country like Sweden, Ireland or Australia and you check off the right boxes based on the points system you will get in. In other words our system is not biased against whites.

It should be noted that on a % basis Canada allows some of the highest asylum claims in the world. 70% in 2017 up from 44% a few years earlier. The countries where most of these are coming from - Nigeria, Turkey, Syria and Pakistan.
