Would agencies more likely to prefer Incalls or Outcalls, especially if they have Incalls set up: Meaning, is it more difficult to book Outcalls to hotels? I will be in DT and really don't want to uber around like a maniac in Toronto to incall locations and would much rather pay a little extra and get service to my hotel. But could there be problems/cancellations, etc with this model?

IMO, if they offer it, then any reputable agency will want to be able to honour their word and not get a reputation as unreliable. And even if an agency is incall only, that is no guarantee that timing will be precise or even if the girl shows up for work.
If you're DT you can walk to many incalls. The agencies and indys usually post an appx intersection so you can estimate. Get in, get out, no need to worry about sensitive stuff in your room (wallet, name on your bags, etc etc. Don't get me wrong high end agencies and ladies trustworthy but more about anonymity).
Outcalls mean managing that identity stuff, and some agencies will ask for the name you booked under in the hotel and ring you 8n your room to make sure you are legit. Thus anonymity again is an issue. And, for outcall should be a good host...have a clean towel for her and body wash or unopened soap, make your bathroom look nice, etc. And often a touch more dough. And if you have a keycard elevator hotel, you need to meet her in the lobby.
Just stuff to think about.

You are absolutely right, I thought about this. The issue is I am not familiar with Toronto and I just don't know how many Incall locations will be available from the walking distance of Entertainment District. I would have to call every agency one by one to find out who is available and whether it's walking location.

Funny one of the Aussie versions of terb (punterplanet) has a "punting map" that does exactly what you suggest. But check the websites of the agencies...they all say stuff like "bay and gerrard" or "yonge and wellesley" or "union station" or "yonge and college" etc. So you can save making the calls, at least to start. I think your over worrying about the whole uber thing. If your DT, most Uber rides/taxi will be short and quick.

Getting around DT is easy with little congestion. You'll be anywhere in you need to be in 10 minutes, especially at non rush hour times. Getting around other parts of Toronto where you need to take freeways/highway's is a whole other ball of wax.
Right so I just have to find the agencies or indies with incalls in the downtown area, which means I best learn my Bay and Gerrard from my yonge and college and manitoba and vancouver! Which means I have to do think. I hate doing that!

YA, go for the OutCall. It is a much more chill experience.
My experience is TP, SFTO, GOE, Cupids & WEL will actually deliver well on OutCalls. Some agencies just say they provide the service, but do not really.
Try to avoid rush hour, unless you know that the girl is located nearby. Your escort does not want to sit in traffic congestion either.

Thank you I will try to balance a mix between outcalls to hotel and only incalls with Independents who are based in downtown area. So if there are any indies downtown close to Entertainment district hit me up by PM!
Again, as long as it's within the DT core, even at rush hour it won't be bad. Better if you can avoid it, but if you can't, its easy and quick to get around DT. It's all the other areas of Toronto that are the problems.

Check with Uber the distance and cost it will be in the morning so you can plan.
1-3 hours before your appointment, launch Waze or mapping app of your choice and check the drive time to the incall location if it's not super close - this has helped me plan my Uber bookings better knowing it will take 3-8 minutes for the Uber to arrive and collect me plus the drive time Waze showed me as a reference.
If you have time, look around the incall location for somewhere you might want to try out - a bar or restaurant to have a drink in after - makes the ROI on the Ubers that much better, lol.
Final note - The agencies that offer Outcall typically ask for $10-$30 more for the Outcall booking - which can be the same cost as you Ubering to the incall so you don't save any $ going outcall versus 2 Uber trips or it's too close to matter. Also if you're unsure about a lady you like to see but want to try - likely can see her for a hh incall visit but outcalls often start at 1 hour minimum.

Make your west boundary Bathurst, and this above for the other three. Otherwise you’ll exclude a lot that you shouldn’t. This small expansion would add $2 to an Uber ride.
I am "allegedly" staying at a hotel that does NOT require key cards. That was one of my reasons for choosing the particular hotel. IF it turns out that it does require key cards and I have to walk down to lobby to pickup the ladies and do walk of shame, my question is pretty much all settled. I will do all incalls.
What's the point in having an outcall if I have to go down to lobby each time a lady comes. I mean, I am thinking of having 4 girls a day minimum. I'd rather be in the room with a glass of cognac in my hand, listening to Edith Piaf, covered in fine cologne.
Another option are the massage joints but they all seem to be up north by the airport - not sure if it's worth the trip up there.
