Please let me know if there are any upcoming Meet & Greets scheduled, I don't drink or stay up late, but a nice dinner/social meeting with TERB members & other SP's would be amazing! :encouragement:

Actually, it may be hard for you to believe, however not all SP's are gold-digging opportunists.
Just saying.
Some of us, including myself, actually enjoy getting to know people within our community and want to network with other SP's for duos & non-work related downtime.
I don't need to "size up" anyone with judgment or "lure" any terb memebers to get business.
My reviews speak for themselves.
I don't need to attend a social dinner in my free time to get new clients. I PAY for advertising. See the difference?
I actually thought it would be a nice way to build community on this board together with the intent for meeting to be enjoyable for all.

I have to agree...on more than one occasion a few of the fellow punters and i got together and a few of the ladies popped in to simply enjoy each others company, as we all had nice online chats etc. As gentlemen, we of course paid for the ladies' drinks or wings, but no one charged time nor was it a "networking" type set up. Never once did we get a feel that anybody was "working" in any capacity. This life we lead is not something one can talk about with civilians lol. I think these ladies feel that way too...it can be lonely in a hotel room for long periods of time. Talking about the industry etc helps us understand it and doing so with fun, easy going guys and ladies who enjoy a laugh was quite fun indeed.
In fact once i had a prebook for next day Thursday...first date w said lady, the 5 of us punters got together Wednesday night and 2 ladies showed. One of the blokes knew my next-day date and invited her -did tell her i was there- and she popped in...the 8 of us had a blast and closed the bar. By then very tired, and i had a work meeting at 8am. Thus no thought of pressuring her for professional or free services. Next day had my date w lady at 11am; given we got on great the night before the 11am date was epic. Extended it another hour in fact. We got on well enough she suggested we get lunch afterwards, off the clock. And we did, but again being a gentleman I paid the bill.

I want to thank the 2 blokes that did show up. They had commitments waiting at home so the outing really wrapped up an hour.
I know there were several others interested but did not show. Please don’t be shy.
Next meet and greet will be Aug 23 Friday 8 pm at Mavericks again.
Please pm me if you want to join us. I’m not going to book a table this time unless the numbers get plus 4. Just hang at the bar.
I will repost in August to get the terb crowd mustered.
I’m ok w ladies attending but please note this is not a large organized affair.
My goal is to get buds together every couple of months when I travel.
Ideally would like to catch a blue jay or raptors game. Build out the community.
Next step will be launching a terb pride parade and then celebrate the whole month of August.

But seriously met guys in March and guys now in July and had great chat.
I was forthcoming w my mwm details that played out Thursday. Heard some favorite lists from the others
Toronto is a blast I deeply at gut level enjoyed every minute.

I was at a terb party years ago - was great in Toronto - sharp guy in a wheelchair I remember. Actually, it was a Halloween party and I dressed up as a US $100 bill! I still have the outfit although the graphics have faded a bit with time.
A long-term Toronto friend I always meet for dinner on my trips and visit at either his home or my hotel.
Since I don't like beer I am known for my diet coke or Pepsi at strip clubs.
Decades ago in Phoenix, I hosted "sky-hi condo" parties with about 100 about half companions but more than just a meet and greet. We socialized and I MC'd a formal organized presentation in a large meeting room. Had all the gals come up and introduce themselves, had open discussions about legal and other issues. Then those that wished came up to the large condo with more private activities if desired or continued just meeting as friends.
Allegra has big parties but have no interest in the $1500 cost for basically a sex romp - my limit for companions is $250/hr and more interested in personality and sensuality vs hot and wild.
Long ago when the strip clubs were so good in Niagara Falls (and one in Ft Erie long closed) I often met a guy at a club.
Currently, we have our "gang of 3 to 5" (varies on who is available) that we have a following at a local (Phoenix) strip club. We always meet when the long-time friend comes down from Minnesota to visit 2-4 times a year.
So some enjoy social meetings but please not just all about sports, how drunk you got or admiring the boobs on every gal that walks by!
I'm pretty sure its not mentioned to their wives. Some men socialize on occasions after work. I know its very rare now a days but it still happens. That is partially why I am trying to make it a bit early. If its going to cause a major scandal for you be cautious. This is meant to be guy talk and a few drinks.

I can attest to the hotness of the waitresses at Joey's. You actually have trouble focussing on your food.
