Shouldn't he get some plastic surgery with all those millions?

Sylvester Stallone fans hit out after being charged a whopping $1,081 to get a selfie with the Rocky legend.

The A-lister, 72, is to visit Manchester, London and Birmingham to share “untold stories” and promote his final Rambo film “Last Blood.”
The black-tie dinner, called “An Evening with Sylvester Stallone” which takes place across three dates in August and September, will see a live stage interview, a three-course dinner, film prop models and an auction selling signed memorabilia.
The cheapest packages start at $160 a ticket but go up to $1,081 for the “premium photo experience” which allows film buffs to get a selfie with the man himself.
But fans have hit out on social media at the cost.

One said: “It’s a shame you’d need to sell a kidney to go.” Another joked on Facebook: “Would love to go but £500 for a photo. Would want a neet oot [night out on the town] with him for that and him buying the beers.” In response, the official “An Experience With” account defended the high prices.
They said: “As with any business there are costs involved and this is the same for us as a company.

“When you take into consideration the costs to bring a celebrity of such status to the UK then you would understand why.
“As for the photos we are allowed only 150 from management so due to this, the exclusivity dictates the price.
“We work with A-list celebs and unfortunately quality costs.” The same event with Arnold Schwarzenegger charges fans the same, while a selfie with Mel Gibson is cheaper at $828.
They have both sold out but tickets are still available to see Sylvester Stallone.

So the title of your thread is a lie.

The cheapest ticket is $160, meaning that if nothing else were included, the selfie would be $980. However, there must be many other perks involved such as better seats, and or back stage passes, maybe shirts or other merchandise and who knows what else.

Yo, Adrienne, the title is nowhere near accurate.

Serious question, why do you feel the need to sensationalize everything that you post? Do you need attention?

I know a bunch of people in film who's worked on sets with him. They rarely had anything good to say about him. Not first hand experience, so who knows for sure.

Lots of actors like that, good in front of fans but assholes on set, doesn't surprise me.

The selfie clearly did not cost $1,080.

Lets try it again,.....

".........but go up to $1,081 for the “premium photo experience” which allows film buffs to get a selfie with the man himself."

What do you think that means?

Maybe YOU can clearly tell us what it costs and what you get with that, with proof of course.

Total clickbait! I thought it was going to be a story about a fan meeting Stallone out in public and Stallone refusing to be in his selfie unless he pays Stallone $1000-not at all the case. It's a private event to meet the man-if he can charge that rate and if you're willing to pay up, what's the problem?

I like Stalin, and Koodo to him.

This guy worked his ass off to get where he is, had so many doors shot on his face. Was offered more money not to star in Rocky because of his face, had to sale his dog because he was so broke.

People expect to much of celebrities and sadly abuse the kindness of many of them.

Maybe he needs the money
Sad but could be true.

The great Busher Jackson in retirement was seen outside Maple Leaf Gardens begging for spare change. Athletes (and actors) make good money when they're hot but it doesn't last forever.

P.S. I met Stallone in person and he is really short. Maybe even shorter than Tom Cruise. Maybe I'll post a pic of a naked Stallone.
