Never pay in an elevator, cameras 100%, but there should be absolutely zero requirement EVER to exchange donation in public when private is seconds away.

This scammer went through some effort and still reading here. In that case, I wonder how bad service would really be when she even grades herself 7/10... Lol.

Both Kakaru and e26889 made strategic hobby errors for walking up to an unknown... Had no back up plan or even a doubt on if fake (overconfidence in your own hobbying choices can / will lead to trouble situations). I don't blame them, our ducks make us dumb at times. Don't trust unknown encounters, even if they have awesome tits and laugh over text...that's their game! E26889 saw the teeth though, and paid due to anxiety likely... Kukaru's scam was quite a bit more elaborate with the fake review leading h and the elevator scam, which is new, and actually kinda clever because they don't pay for the room and the hotel doesn't have her information on file if shit goes down. Likely just bounces around from hotel to hotel in Ottawa playing this charade.

Always plan for the worst, put the money in a shoe or sock, have 1-2 questions ready to confirm who and what is going on there.

Shitty situations with lifelong lessons you'll never forget. Reviews are usually real, but you gotta stay sharp.

Sorry about your experience Kakaru. How do you know she is from Vancouver? I highly doubt she is. She tried to pass herself off as an established sp from Vancouver but is most probably just a local scammer. Hate to rub it in but i tried to warn you guys about her on another thread by telling you her pics belonged to a well-reviewed Vancouver sp named Bianca Bailey. Another guy posted on the same thread that when "Bianca" was posting Ottawa ads the real McCoy was still posting ads back home. Major red flag. You certainly made some rookie mistakes here. A more experienced hobbyist would have been very suspicious of the following factors. Would a well-known sp drop the last name she always uses when touring? Would a West coast touring sp bypass Toronto and come to Ottawa first? Would she nudge nudge wink wink coyly suggest she is a well-known sp without clearly identifying herself as was the case here? Would she confuse her clients by posting ads at home when she is in fact on the road? The answer to all questions is : absolutely not. There were not only red flags here, there were scarecrows, guard dogs, electric fences, wailing sirens and ringing alarm bells. You learned a costly lesson that I doubt you will be repeating. So welcome to the hobby...you have earned your battle scars. Hey we all made rookie mistakes when we were starting out. All I can say is ...Hobbying scars...I guess it's all part of the experience. Hopefully I get better experiences than the bad ones. And I'll admit I am still learning...

Wow...someone I saw recently told me about this so I had to come check it out. I'm actually trying to figure out where to advertise now since I haven't put up an ad in...forever, but Leolist just looks sketchy to me. Almost all of the ads just look a bit 'off'. I've only posted on Lyla so far. I have the Bitcoin in my wallet, I keep looking at Leolist, and I just haven't been able to bring myself to post there. It's not like Backpage was the pinnacle of all things escort-related, but Leolist isn't a suitable venue for most of us.

I could go on and on about what I think of the current laws in Canada regarding our profession, but I don't see any evidence that it's doing what it's supposed to do, which is protecting the women who are being exploited/trafficked.
