it sounded like this Paul George deal got finalized last minute to make this work. Both George and Kawhi are from the area and played in the same high school era. The West will be fun to watch.

So hard to keep track of who got better with so many moves, but one thing is for sure right now, the Raps dropped way down the list unless Masai has a Plan B. My guess is they try to stay competitive for one more year and make the playoffs for a round, and rebuild next year when all the contracts expire.

I'm not even sure we have Patrick McCaw for next year?

There was also a report that Kawhi wants George plus Westbrook to Toronto. Naturally, Masai had nothing else to offer the Thunder next to SpiceP!
Masai will not let Lowry and Gasol playing out the last year of their contracts. He will try to 'steal' someone else assets for these guys. IN MASAI WE TRUST!

It was always Kawhi to LA, but the Raptors success made him force the Clips to up the ante.

Props to Masia for not being played like the Lakers.

His plan was always to make cape room for 2021. All he essentially did was squeeze in a championship between then and 2021. If Spicy P and OG, turn out be pretty good, we'll have all kinds of money to add star players to the core.

The Toronto Raptors are set to make Brittni Donaldson the NBA’s 10th female assistant coach—and the youngest (26)—after spending two years as a data analyst for the team.

This is just a dumb fucking PR move. I don't know why the fuck clubs do this shit.

This summer the Raptors were in serious discussions to sign the "world's smallest man" as an NBA assistant coach...
From the Dominican Republic, Nelson seemed like the perfect guy to work closely with Marc Gasol...
But they ultimately decided to save a few $$$ and sign Brittni Donaldson

It will be interesting to see if Gasol has any game left for this season after winning an NBA ring and now a FIBA world cup. He scored 33 the other day. We still have Lowry, Van Vleet, and our new leader Siakam, with hopeful contributions from OG, Powell, McCaw and continued hopeful contributions from Serge Ibaka who like Gasol is getting a little too old for so many games and minutes. Load management coming back to Toronto.

We have a few hopefull surprises from any of: Kanate, Malcome Miller, Stanely Johnson, Rondae Hollis, Terrence Davis, Brissett and Hernandez. I'm looking forward to seeing Kanate.

Think you may have to go to Mississauga to watch him, work in progress is my guess. Played 2 years at W.Va and missed most of third injured. Hope he turns out like steady Freddy has.
I am hoping Boucher has filled out and is improving defensively. He came along way last year but still was far from a finished product!

i have a hard time believing Boucher will ever crack 200 pounds. Some guys are meant to be skinny.
Konate just seems to have skills that you don't see every day and can be used right away. That ability to take off one or two feet and block with two hands isn't something you can teach, and will cause many an NBA player to think twice about going to the basket.

But, I can definitely see him doing some 905 time first.

I am hoping Boucher spent some time in the weight room muscling up, adding muscle will add weight. Lets see what he weighs when they start camp!
There is a reason why no one drafted Konate, I have no idea what. It is possible he is not NBA ready, and the 905 should take care of that assuming he busts he butts while there.
