Many other options over Beyond Meat. A friend of mine is getting her masters in nutrition. She's a vegan. No reason to eat meat and dairy.

On top of yo mama!
From the investment point of view you could have made a lot of money if you bought BYND (Beyond Meat Inc.) IPO, it came out on May.02 2019 at $45.00 and hit just over $200.00 on Jun.18. That's a pretty good profit. Now more people are coming out with details about how unhealthy that crap is. I wonder how it's going to affect the stock price?

product of a short squeeze than underlying fundamentals.

Other than they have all the necessary nutrients to sustain healthy life! That Vegans have to take supplements for!

Vegans ‘have twice as many sick days as their meat-eating colleagues’

Vegans have twice as many sick days as their meat-eating colleagues in the UK, according to a new report.

The study found that vegans had almost five days off a year for the likes of flu, cold and minor ailments — well above the national average.

They were also three times more likely to visit the GP.

Vegans reportedly book 2.6 appointments to see the doctor during the cold and flu season in the UK, compared to the national average of 0.7.

Two-thirds of vegans also admitted to taking more time off work due to illness in 2018 than in previous years.

Meanwhile half of meat-eaters said they took the same amount of time off, and a third actually said they took less time off in 2018.

concrete jungle of toronto . . .
Great thread C-Man, totally agree with you, Coconut oil is waaaaaay awesome! :)

I'm a 50 yr old young guy starting very early prep . . . . . boxing (amateur circuit) + cross-fit competition (masters)

If us older guys want to look and feel great in the gym and in the bedroom, we have to boost our TESTOSTERONE naturally. Absolute must is boosting our fat intake . . . . . . saturates (eggs, steak, dairy), mono-unsat's (coconut, avocado, olive, oregano), efa's (fish, flax seed, evening primose)

- boost testosterone
- lift moods
- feeling of well-being
- energized
- speed up athletic/sports 'recovery'
- anti-aging . . . . . . anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories
- youthful hair + skin
- fuller, firmer muscles
- harder cock - heavier balls
- train harder
- fuck longer

There's too much here for me to follow, here's what I known.

Farmers who used to grow tobacco from Chatham to Leamington are very happy, they now have a cash crop substitute. The meatless alternative option is being driven by the humble chick pea. This is a legume I grew up with and is very healthy.

You can follow all the conspiracy theories you want, if it's chick pea I'm eating, I'm fine with it.

I'm going to make my own burgers from chuck/ground beef. The vegan part of it is the tomato, lettuce and Onions.

Was just reading the nutritional breakdown of the various alternative burgers versus an angus beef patty. Holy crap, have you seen the sodium levels in those fakes burgers? 6x AND UP!! Yikes! That's insane. You'll be taking meds for high blood pressure before you know it.

Nope. I'm sticking with cow.
