What doesn't the belly go when losing weight?

So I work out and watch my food. Lost 35 lbs, my face arms legs everything is skinnier but my belly. Whats a guy have to do to lose weight in the belly area? I was told hundreds of crunches don't work and that some diets hit belly fat. :frusty:
Limit your carbs - eat good amounts of proteins veggies + fruits (minimize the processed stuff) and watch your sodium intake and cut out as much refined sugars as possible. From here stay consistent with your work out schedule and get good rest in the evenings - as long as you keep on staying consistent the belly will disappear .

You can also limit your eating window/allow for fasting times to help accelerate the procsss .

PS. Very important absolutely no sugar and limit your carbs to 25 grams a days or less ( ideally try to limit to no carbs if possible). In the present of insulin in your bloodstream will prevent the fat burning hormone to be released. That will stop burning fat / visceral fat. You also need to do intermittent fasting. ( Go from 3 meal a day to 2 meal a day plus no snacking).

PPS. Keto diet and intermittent fasting that the way to go. Lots of video on YouTube on it.
IF at first I thought was a meme but Dr. Jason Fung has written some literature on it and has various talks on youtube about how it helped his patients. Sometimes even used to treat diabetes.

He has no alternative motive to tell one to abstain from eating, this is no gimmick he has nothing to sell you - if he did he would be making quite a lot more than he currently does.

Cole Robinson (I posted a video earlier in the thread) created the snake diet a more extreme version that relies solely on water and various salts to keep your electrolytes up so you don't feel fatigued.

There's your first mistake. The myth of the crunches to lose belly fat. Cutting out 100% sugar is a tough one.

Typically, men store the bulk of their fat in the stomach so there's more of it to lose. Keep the diet and exercise consistent and it will go.

You cannot target areas of fat on the body, fat loss happens as a whole all over the body depending on calories in and calories out. Fat around the midsection is always the last to go even in me and I barely have any. To get my 8 pack for competition my diet is key. Inbox me your meal plan, you should have one.. I'll look at it. If you don't...then there's your problem...you have no clue what you are taking in and burning off...I weigh every morsel of my food and know exactly what I am eating when I have to cut for a shoot or stage. Also, cardio. Hiit is the best form, water intake??? What's your water intake. Believe me your probably not doing enough, no offence but fat loss is basic physiology..its not genetics and there's no special exercise ...I do absolutely no ab work for mine. Its diet and cardio. Hate to burst your bubble on here people but theres a lot of typical myths on this thread lol... my coaches are the best in the country and they are some ppl that have taught me a lot... you have to keep going, you can't spot target fat in a workout, crunches are useless, it's not genetics, theres no different types of fat cells lol.....a fat cell is a fat cell is a fat cell lol. In conclusion...keep going....get a diet plan, do you even know your macros? The water like I said and cardio...sauna even as well..also cut sugar, and alcohol out...go nuts Hope this helps tho

Go on an Elemental Diet for 2 weeks. It's basically a diet that just consists out of drinking protein milkshakes 3 times a day. Very effective for quick weight loss. Only downside is the stuff tastes horrible

Is it just me or is it pretty obvious when a person has had liposuction? The stomach is "flat" but has unnatural indentations from the uneven removal of fat tissue and/or the way scar tissue forms beneath the stomach region after that brutal and primitive procedure (I've watched video of how the doctor stabs into the stomach area to extract the fat... not for the faint hearted).

Removing stomach fat is very difficult, as is trying to keep it off. But it's more rewarding, healthier, and looks better than doing liposuction.

Omg congrats! I'm so proud of you!!!!!!

I totally understand the struggle and I was in the same boat. Unfortunately I'm terms of getting a flat stomach it's more about what you eat than exercise. You're not eating enough veggies and healthy fats. The trick I use is that I make a smoothie with lots kale, pineapple, banana and mango every day. These particular fruits with the kale literally give your digestive system a deep clean. When your digestive system is clear your body functions optimally and that includes fat loss.

Also if you want a flat stomach you need to minimize your carb intake. If you are consuming carbs make sure it's good carbs like sweet potato or apples etc. Also healthy fats like avocado, nuts/seeds (especially chia seeds), and coconut oil are ideal for cutting tummy fat.

I workout about 3 days a week and it took forever to get rid of my gut until I started eating properly. Also when working out make sure you are doing at least 20 minutes of cardio. After 20 minutes your body enters fat burning mode. When I'm running I flex and hold my ab muscles and that has worked tremendously! Don't believe me? Look at my waist in my pics haha!
