This was 20% less meat than Israel deemed the minimum for Israelis and 37% less fresh vegetables.

The WHO put out a report on Israel's control of food in 2012, when this was happening, where they reported that 10% of Gaza's children were suffering permanent disfiguration through malnutrition.

In 2012 when this plan was put in effect it was calculated that Israel needed to send 170 trucks of food into Gaza daily. They sent 67, showing that they allowed less than half of the food necessary to meet this minimum.

They never hit WHO recommended values, only a little more than half the WHO values was delivered by trucks, according to the reports.
Of course you seem to have no issues with starving a population as along as they are Palestinian.

I wouldn't be surprised if the aid didn't make it to the people though since it was reported at the time that Hamas was stealing foreign aid and selling it for profit just like they just stole 40% of Qatar's aid to poor Gazans.

Every discussion of the poverty in Gaza needs to start with the 12 year long blockade which has made Gaza 'unliveable'.
There is no potable water, electricity for only a few hours a day, almost no medical stocks and 20% of the children are permanently deformed from starvation.

That is because of Israel, not Hamas.
