Who gets to choose as far as a relationship goes. ???
I'm asking this on the basis of my experiences, and I do have a consensus on this.
But I would enjoy your feedback.

OMG! I have always known that they chose. The trick is to make them believe they chose you. You must have some attributes before they will consider you. Present yourself well and let them make the choice. It helps if they believe that you may be snapped up before they get to you.

Both have to choose. And both can choose a different answer each day.

But "a man proposes, a woman disposes". A man asks the question, the woman answers. Fairly true, in general.
So, it maybe seems like the woman decides, but really it's both.

It’s a mutual decision. There are elements of power differential in every relationship though, I don’t think women or men for that matter have more power when it comes to starting one.

They choose. You can choose not, but that's about it. Another thread recently referred to a scientific theory propounded by a British Doctor about the fact that no woman will have anything to do with a man unless it is to her advantage. Can't remember his name. Anyone remember?

But that answer doesn't help the "mens rights activists" feel better about themselves.

Evolution and society has that choosing taking different forms but it is pretty stupid to act like any relationship isn't based on mutual choice.

I don't really buy into this bs !!! The fact is, I've been around and
I know how to deal with a women in a respectful way. I don't need "men's rights Activists"
Gentlemen the younger generation have turned into (pussies) sorry ladies ;)
If there's one true thing in life, it's that opposites attract. Male and female attract each other.
I do have my theory about today's men avoiding women. And it's sad, in my total life
My best times that I can remember, were spent with the women that were In my life.

In case you haven't heard, women have been allowed in the work force for quite some time now. *eye roll*
