For the provider, desperation. For clients, I have no idea. One lady I used to see came up with a theory I'm inclined to agree with that the reason why guys go to see SPs working out of sketchy locations is that they're thrillseekers and like that there's element of risk involved. I think for guys who seek out providers who offer that service, it could be the same thing.
As for the ad in question, I hope you flagged it.
Personally, I can think of ways to get my kicks that don't involve spending hundreds of dollars getting an STD/STI treated.
I’ve seen ads like that. It’s sad. It’s usually desperate providers, sick or drug problems who wouldn’t get any business otherwise. I can’t imagine the clients they get. Death wish or thrill seeking or something I don’t understand.
I got tested last week for no particular reason, better safe than sorry. And I hope my regular girls get tested as well.
Someone needs to let this whole community know that we all stay safe using condoms.
The part that really bothers me is hearing from the girls I see, that other clients are pushing for it or at hinting that they should get special treatment because they are a regular. I’ve met girls who had to cut off regulars.

Unfortunately, this happens more often than not and sometimes it's the provider who initiates the service with the "only for you" mantra. One thing for sure, it's never ever "only for you" and if someone be it the john or the provider does it with one, there are many many more.
One should reserve CIP for their SO. Like I did this morning, twice. 
Having said that, when I was dating civies, I would always use condoms. But I've had numerous encounters where they would request I bareback. "It's okay, just this time."
Can't speak for the SP world as I don't partake, but I often hear women say it's men who don't want to wear condoms. I found the opposite to be true.

My experience is that it is a lot of guys who don’t want to wear condoms, and usually it’s because they’re wearing the wrong ones. I hear guys complaining about them being too tight and killing sensation, or not being able to feel anything. Wearing a good-quality condom that fits properly really does help minimize those sorts of issues.
Yeah, I have found that, after a while, some of my regular SPs, just tell me to "put it in" (exact words for one of them). That was the end of those relationships. One of them I had developed really strong feelings for and wanted to so badly but there was no way. What makes it even worse is that there are predators who will take advantage of that.
With so many condoms on the market that are close to nothing at all, there is no excuse.
I once saw a joke about guys who complain that condoms don't fit; "Just trying using the condoms that cover fingers."
Lots of judgement going on here. Great to think so many want to be safe but most working ladies can tell you how many bbfs inquiries they get a day, and the number is WAY higher than zero. So why is it only board guys who proclaim not to do it? Numbers don't seem right.
Also, you never know why a sex worker might take that risk. Survival sex work is real. Maybe she doesn't have the luxury of saying no? Does not make her an awful person, and hell, if you have an issue with it, glove up. Insist on cbj. Do you.

Lets just hope tbey dont hurt themselve too much when they fall off their high horses while coming down off the mountain tops
