I ran into this post in business section about realtor for SPs:
https://terb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?672068-SP-friendly-Realtor

And just curious how escort Ladies deal with their real estate needs.
Nowadays, it is pretty complicated to rent something decent: different confirmations of high regular income are required including payrolls, tax assessment, employer letter ect...
How private incall location is rented in this case?
And can SP friendly realtor really help in this situation?

I've heard of realtors doing some side business with the porn companies by providing daily "fuck shack" rentals...….wouldn't surprise me if that leaked in the SP world.

Does an escort need to disclose her job to the accountant
doing her income tax? If I were a gigolo I'd just say I had a
rich (and older) GF who treated me as her boy toy.

If she wants to claim things like hotels or advertising, etc yes.

There is actually a tax code for escorts.

Whoa a topic I’m an expert in, accountant and a realtor.

1) As a realtor, I’ve never asked what my clients do, it doesn’t matter really, if you’re buying a house or selling a house, not sure why occupation matters. If you’re leasing, then proof of employment might be an issue for landlords, for students with no job but have $$, we offer 6 months up front, greedy landlords accept right away! Sometimes I send a snippet of my clients bank account balance as proof they can pay.

2) if you tell your accountant you have your own business, they’ll use T2125, all you need to show them are the ins and outs. Have receipts for everything you spend related to your business. Show all the income coming in. Easiest is to have a separate personal and business account but if that’s too much work or hectic you’ll need to be able to manually separate the personal vs business yourself. You don’t haveeeee to register for an HST number either.

Stop me any time ... I can talk your ears off

I just purchased an investment property and yes it does matter what you do ,

1) to approve for any mortgage you obviously must disclose what you do

2) my realtor when submitting my offer has a form that needed my ID verification and what I do prior to presenting the offer

It doesn’t matter. I can get you a mortgage, no matter what you do. As long as you have cash. You can lie, people fake it all the time, I have first hand experience. With 20% down, i can get you whatever mortgage you want, it won’t be an amazing 3% interest for 5 years, but it’ll be close.

The ID form, you can put whatever information you want there. If you tell me you’re a consultant, boom, I’m writing down consultant. I guess if an SP doesn’t want me knowing her real name then yes, there’ll be an issue, have to be a real person :p

I wonder if those professionals offering their services to SPs
referred in other posts conducted their business like you. They
are said to be reliable. I thought that means they wouldn't
disclose their escort clients' jobs to anyone.
