Euro Male's advice on high intensity, heavier weight, short duration exercise is excellent advice for guys inot their 50's. We lose muscle as we age and need to build muscle to just keep up with the natural atrophy of our muscles.

I'm not one much for all the supplements but the exercise advice is solid. It's not much fun but I think it is worth it.

I did say a lot, I didn't say all of it was bad.

Losing weight, better diet, exercise both cardio and weights are all good ideas and can help Mr Happy.
