Years of exploring and experimenting, finding new ways to naturally spike hormone levels to look & feel good in the gym, bedroom etc.

    NUTRITION
    - zinc/magnesium (synthesize protein, supports, strengthens natural production of TESTOSTERONE)

    HERBS/BOTANICALS
    - gingko biloba (stimulates blood flow . . . . . cock/balls)
    - cayenne/ginger (stimulates blood flow . . . . . cock/balls)
    - red beet powder (vasodilator: dilates blood vessels, stimulates blood flow . . . . . cock/balls)

    SUPPLEMENTS
    - tribulus terrestris (stimuates natural production of TESTOSTERONE)
    - DAA - d' aspartic acid (stimuates natural production of TESTOSTERONE)

I'm happy that works for you but it won't work for everyone. I'm in very good shape and eat right, but still need Cialis.

Did you also attend the Handjob Workshop held at the University of Toronto two months ago?

Euro Male's advice on high intensity, heavier weight, short duration exercise is excellent advice for guys inot their 50's. We lose muscle as we age and need to build muscle to just keep up with the natural atrophy of our muscles.

I'm not one much for all the supplements but the exercise advice is solid. It's not much fun but I think it is worth it.

I did say a lot, I didn't say all of it was bad.

Losing weight, better diet, exercise both cardio and weights are all good ideas and can help Mr Happy.
