Manscaping.... Does it make a difference??

I get balls and shaft waxed. Just be upfront and ask for it.

1 It does make you look cleaner because you are

2 It makes your balls and shaft more sensitive which is why I request shaft waxing

3 It hurts the first time so take an analgesic such as Tylenol

4 The more you do it the less it hurts

I’ve been shaving for over 20 years. I just use a Mach 3 razor and shaving cream with aloe in the shower only a 5 minute job. Once you start doing it regularly there’s no razor burn or irritation.

i personally shave the balls and shaft and use an electric trimmer to trim the rest of the pubes down as much as possible - but they're still there. I prefer the "look" over brazillian style... I tend to get as much mileage as i expect from the provider! And it means im shaving only a fraction of the area.

When I first started shaving my pubic hair, I have to admit I always worried that the lady I was going to see would think I had something if I developed razor bumps or an ingrown hair.

I was quickly reassured that they can tell the difference between a razor bump and something more serious.

Also if you exfoliate it helps!

i go to a men's spa and get the twig, berries, crack and cheeks waxed clean as a whistle... lots of copious oral action of course, but also get rimmed a lot too, and i've had 2 separate SW's rim me and advise that when they see a guy taking that kind of care down there, they kinda know he wants some ass attention and he's gonna LOVE getting rimmed... and i do.

Use a quality shaving cream. Wad the shaving cream against the grain to get the hair to stand up, then drag the razor with the grain.

I thought about getting lasered, but according to my MPA it would still need a razor touch-up every week or so.

What's good for the gander is good for the goose: use a women's razor to do the job. Flatter, wider blade surface covers more area and reaches the ins and outs without much of a chance for nicks if you're careful. Can be worked into creases and crevices. And is gentle on sensitive skin. Use after a trimmer fitted with an attachment zips away the long hairs. Not too much lather, with a shave butter better than a foam. And to finish, contrary to what we've been told, dry the area and barely wet the blade, stand in a sunlit window so you can see what remains where, and then tidy up. Carefully.

I’ve said this in previous incarnations of this thread:

Philips Bodygroom will be your best friend.

*No ingrown hairs, ever.
*Works on the twig, berries, crack, and everywhere else you want to shave.
*You will be able to shave every day.
*Provides a close, smooth shave. Not as much as with a razor but quite close anyway and also has advantages of points 1 to 3 above.

When I shave my sac, I almost always end up shaving some skin of ... because the sac is wrinkly. I have used Schick Hydro 5 razor. Then, in two days, I get the most abrasive stubble. Do you face either of these problems?

Waxing and hair removing creams have worked for me. After waxing, it takes at least 7 - 10 days before the hair starts growing. It has been 3 weeks since my last wax, and I still have just a tiny bit of hair. Though at the time of waxing I had an Amazon jungle!
