This guy is 37 and just won his 100th (albeit a minor one) tournament.

The French Open is the next major and also his toughest surface. That one will probably go to Nadal.

Only 10 to go to pass Connors. Not likely to happen but I thought Roger was done and dusted a couple of years ago, only to be delightfully proven wrong. He's no doubt going to skip the clay court season again - no sense beating up your body at his age, especially with the clay king still around and seemingly healthy this year.

On a side note Felix AA has had a couple of great results (a final and quarter-final) on the clay in South America so his days of having to qualify for majors are probably over.

So, he will skip the French and focus on Wimbledon?

Where does Laver rank in tournament wins? Does he rank behind Connors and Federer?

Yeah Roger has skipped the clay court season entirely for perhaps the past 2 to 3 years. His rationale I believe is that he wants to preserve his body and play in tournaments he has a better chance of winning. So after Miami at the end of March he won't play till his Wimbledon warm-up at the Gerry Weber.

Not sure where Laver ranks but pretty sure that Connors is 1 and Fed 2.
