It is, its probably because he keeps saying things we both agree on, like this:

What’s crazy is that we have a president who is a racist, a sexist, a xenophobe and a fraud.
Judging from the comments sections of various forums and YouTube pundits it's because they like his healthcare and other policies.

Senator Sanders to sign paper declaring himself a Democrat.

They changed the rules to try to keep him out. I actually wish he would run as an independent as I think he would win.

But I suppose I will happily settle for him to take over and transform the DNC.

In this new climate Sanders will face a much brighter ligtht than in 2016 when all the attention was on Clinton and Trump. There might even be questions on his Senatorial record like his stance on the 94 Crime Bill or gay rights. With a long voting record, his enemies will have a lot to work with.

Yup. So will they all. Harris and her record as a DA. Biden has a long record with lots of bombshells.

No one will be clean. But I think the two major issues shaping up are healthcare and foreign wars. And on that he is a winner.

I like Sanders as a person - he reminds me of the stereotypical wise, funny old Uncle who is full of great stories but always falls asleep before getting to the punchline. His best chance is behind him. He’s 77 and looks old for his age.

Chin up though, Butler. He can still run as an independent and help split some of the vote so that your guy gets re-elected.

I think you will be mistaken. And you are quite underestimating him. He won twenty-two states last time.

And this time he is ready.

Saw some 1988 footage of him the other day. He looked old in his 40's.

This is exactly what Butler wants, for Sanders to run as an independent so that the Democratic vote gets split and his supreme leader Trump gets a second term. Afterwards Butler will surely come on here and continue to defend Trump and yet still tell us he is a Sanders supporter although most have clued into his lie and know he really is a Trump fanboy.

Right! I will will get away with my Nefarious Plot despite the meddling of Freddie, Velma, Daphne, Essguy and Yourself!

Cripes that's funny.

Did you hear he Quadrupled in one day what Harris did? And that Warren only got $300,000?

All small donation. That's the grassroots. Wait until the volunteers get out.

I think the old white man knock is a few Twitter trolls and pundits.

That crowd is tiny. Most people will look at the Senator's stance on war, healthcare, and Wall St. And vote on that basis.

Shultz is a non starter. He won't get enough support to even make the debates. And I don't think Bloomberg is serious either. Unless he has already put a machine in place it's too late.
Oh I wouldn't be so dismissive of Schultz. I think he has a fair amount of appeal particularly to disaffected moderate Democrats.

Any polls out yet that include him? Just curious.

Senator Sanders has raised $10 million in one week from 360,000indivudual donors.

38% if them are new donors.
