Going Postal in Illinois

Sad that everyone can have a gun. What happened to the good old days when people used to just punch the boss in the nose if he was an ass?
I remember when they modified our workplace safety policy to add, “no _____ employee shall attempt to disarm a disgruntled employee or terrorist”. Did that really need to be said? Unfortunately, yes.
I grew up watching all the old wild Wild West movies, my dad was a big John Wayne fan, and he was a hunter. And still I have no desire to have or use a gun. Why does the American culture create crazies in a land where everyone can be armed.
Obviously, the same gun culture is growing here, as well as all the smuggled guns coming from the US.
I fear for our future.
