So this sets the precedence that school buildings ARE places where privacy is expected. But I'm sure students are using hidden body-worn spy cameras all the time (especially the horny ones), including with their cell phones when no one is looking. So does that mean that a student caught with spy images in a school building will be sentenced to 6 months in jail too? They would have to build new prison buildings just for them then.
