I got some at Dollarama back in December.
Incidentally I saw a kind of stroopwafel at No frills at Dufferin Mall yesterday.

try any german austrian dutch european deli type store - very often have them -- have also found them in regular grocery stores, in the imported foods / cookies section

- although idiotically they dont say how many are in a case

- remember - there are many diff makers of speculaas - like for oatmeal cookies - of course the only oatmeal cookie that matters is dad's original oatmeal cookie - that you cant buy in canada anymore - thanks kraft!
