His party has already raised a million dollars.

Don't be surprised if he rejoins or forms a coalition with the Conservatives after the next election.

Yes, they should take a significant number of the Conservative votes and then should do what the Alliance Conservative Coalition did. After all they also both believe that Climate Change is real, unlike most right wingers on this Board. Interestingly, Scheer says he will reveal how to address it, and Bernier states that he will do nothing but encourage the Provinces to do the Cap and Trade or other means to combat Climate Change. So there is no party that represents the right wingers on this board's beliefs about climate change??

Don't forget that once Preston Manning's Reform Rump took over the far Right from his Daddy's Social Credit, it was decades (and more than one name-change) before they disappeared into the un-Progressive Conservative Party of Canada. Not that the Refoooormers can't still be detected, for all that the t-shirts and bumper-stickers are the same. And it's kinda hard to see Hugh Segal and Brad Trost as belonging to the same party, but they do.

Maxime, may indeed re-enter the fold, but having left it so publicly, making his return look like a win will take some real political smarts. Not currently in evidence in the CPoC.

Meantime, with fringe-parties both left and right, this is Trudeau's prime chance to sell his preferred electoral reform: the Ranked Ballot, and live up to that hasty promise of 2015 being the last to use the outdated FPTP ballot that so mis-represents what people actually vote for.

Hard to believe that even with cut and paste being so easy, and an actual |Reply with Quote| button, that anyone would care so little about what their reply, that they wouldn't read their own post for mis-typed goofs.

Don't fret, I'm sure not even CPoC is gullible enough to 'Dy' on TERB.
