Ardie, Ardie, Ardie, you believe that tired horseshit? The real heroes of the "Canadian Caper" are Ken Taylor and Flora McDonald. Mendez was an impediment, he and his crew got out with Canadian Passports provided by Canadian External Affairs. The transfer of the hostages out of Iran was delayed by the arrival of Mendez and his crew. Had they been left on their own, they would have eventually gotten lynched by The Islamic Guard. Ben Affleck should suck a salsice and STFU.
Here's Affleck's current pull in Hollywood. His current project, Triple Frontier, has been much delayed. The original cast was Mahershala Ali, Tom Hardy and Channing Tatum. Hardy dropped out make Taboo, followed by Tatum who didn't have much zeal for the project after Hardy left. Ali didn't like the idea of working with the Affleck Bros so he left.

Getting out of Triple Frontier is the best move Hardy ever made. As executive producer of Venom he's earned at least an eight figure paycheque. Channing Tatum is surprisingly a humble man, he wanted in on the madness.
