This is being generousIt takes a big man to own it when he is wrong.
Then there is bver_hunter ........... even when CNN posts a retraction, he still is throwing out his alt left BS.
Good point, however it's not like he ever will say he is wrong. It's not the liberal way. This is being generous
Can you fathom how I am not wrong?? This thread is about the Catholic students wearing their MAGA hates, and the Indigenous People. Then KKK Douglas comes along to denounce the Indigenous person playing his drums as being the aggressor and getting into the face of that student. I said he was the victim of this incident. The videos also showed that there were students mocking these protesters with their "tomahawk chops" and chanting "build the wall". Maybe you think that it is normal to mock the Indigenous Indians with the "Tomahawk Chops". But as I said there were many who were peacefully chanting in unison to the beats. I am not denouncing all the students, just those who were deliberately mocking these Indigenous People.Man Bver you are 0 for 2 this week with the media getting it so wrong and you refusing to concede there error.
This is the CNN link. Show me where there is a "retraction" to the story, and to exactly what I posted:This is being generous
Trust me you're not the only one who feels that way. The Kavanaugh hearings were a wake up call to many on the left that something isn't right with modern day liberalism. They were willing to abandon a basic pillar of democracy (due process) in order to stop a conservative judge with immaculate credentials from being sworn in. The truth is the far left progressives have hijacked modern liberalism and it's causing a fracture on the left. Facts, logic, rational thought are not in their vocabulary. They have been replaced with conjecture, emotion and radical thought. All my life I have been a socialist and a liberal. In test I have done I am far to the left, past most notable socialist.
But I have to scream and ask What the fuck is going on in this world with the liberal media? Why the fuck are they creating such a division. I am almost ready to abandon my beliefs and become a conservative.
I strongly believe news outlets are catering to their base in order to creat traffic, because almost all media is in financial trouble.
The Toronto star doesn't turn a profit, the conservative news papers are almost broke.
CNN is at the bottom of the ratings. All the shit the media is doing is to make money.
Like many have saud here it's time to hold the media accountable.
Time to pass laws that when they fuck up, they have to dedicate the same amount of time or space to correct their error. They always cry about how they are the champions of society that hold the government accountable, but they are doing nothing about their own accountability.
I am aware of the chants and gestures at those games these days, but they are a different scenario. These Indigenous People are there demonstrating for a certain reason. Yes, they were abused by those Black Jewish Israelites who did their cause no good with their disgusting racist and religious attacks on these two groups. The Indigenous Demonstrators and these Catholic Students were victims of that act and the acts of the Black Jewish Israelites have to be investigated like I said. But then this Indigenous People observed the continuous back and forth between the Black Jewish Israelites and the Catholic Students and decided to get in between to try and quell it as they clearly stated. How is he being aggressive if he is playing on the drums and all the kid had to do was move out of the way. Apparently, the person filming said that as he was walking past the students playing on his drums, when this particular student came up and stood in his way. But anyway, he can call it a smile, but it can also be perceived as a smirk that is mocking. Well there are two sides to it, but he is not the one I was trying to pick out. It is the others who are seen to be mocking the these Indigenous People with their actions displayed in the video, and coming out with the tomahawk chop that is ridiculous. Yes, these kids were immature and we all were at one time, but they were in their mid to upper teens and are supposed to be part of the Catholic School. The school's whole reputation is in the balance. My school would not have tolerated such actions where you drag the school's name into the gutter, and to make matters worse, it is especially as you are all supposed to be part of a moral example, and meant to be demonstrating for the "Pro Life" movement. That movement is taking the religious values into account, or so they state. We saw at the end of the videos that there was no buses that they they were presumably waiting to catch in this vicinity. But they walked away from that scene to probably catch their bus, that was quite a distance away. Surely, they could have gone away from there much earlier if they were intimidated. But I can see your side of the story, and I respect your opinions, and I hope this explains what my concerns were.Excellent way of putting things into perspective. Well said.
In truth, I side with K Douglas about the man beating the drum as the aggressor. It's no different than someone from the ARA using a megaphone in a persons face.
When someone willingly approaches another during a protest, gets extremely close and imposes their presence, that's being an aggressor. Banging a drum, blowing a whistle, or shouting in such close proximity, are tactics of a professional protester.
Now, after having a day to reflect, do feel chanting 'build the wall' was needless, and will agree with you. Wigglee said it best, the kids were immature.
The tomahawk chop, same immature, but that gesture doesn't phase me. I've seen Atlanta Braves fans doing it for yrs. Its not derogatory, and just kids being clowns.
The man walked into the crowd of students - most dispersed like the parting of the sea in the bible - and walked up to the kid's face and started beating the drum in his face. Fuck your professional victim.I am aware of the chants and gestures at those games these days, but they are a different scenario. These Indigenous People are there demonstrating for a certain reason. You don't have a grip on reality. Go get one.

Back in the good old newspaper days, this "retraction" would appear on page 128.Yup. CNN is now "retelling" the actual story.
Were you born this ignorant or did Momma drop you on your head?I am aware of the chants and gestures at those games these days, but they are a different scenario. The Black Jewish Israelites were the ones who racially abused both the Indigenous People and these Catholic students and they should be denounced like I did? CNN said that there was a confrontation between both these persons, ie the individual playing his drum, and the student staring him in the face. They now say that both of them should have backed away. But the ones who were the victims were these Indigenous Indians with the racist comments from those Black Israelites as well as a section of these students with their "Tomahawk Chop" gestures. The biggest idiots were of course were the Black Jewish Israelites and they should be charged. But when a right winger just says that the "Smiling / Smirking" Boy was the victim and the Indigenous individual protester was the aggressive one, then wear your jacket or you know where to stick it!!^^^
This is what happens when facts, in the form of VIDEO evidence from multiple cameras, don't matter.
Send me your address. I'll mail you a straight jacket to wear.
You have half the story right and the other half screwed up. The Indigenous Indians and Catholic Students were taunted by those Black Israelites. Watch the video before you comment. But show us where the Indigenous Indians were taunting the Students. Unless they were making those "Tomahawk chop Gestures" at the Students??Its sad to see members here blaming KIDS for something they actually didnt do.
It was ADULTS who confronted them. These kids arent of voting age yet surprisingly the LIBERAL (Hillary sympathizers) will tell us it was the KIDS fault???? Its also weird that there were blacks and a native on the seen taunting them and its the kids that are at fault and being called racist??? Didnt anyone hear what the BLACK Israelites were screaming to them about being white?
These kids didnt start anything. They were confronted/ambushed. Now these kids are being labeled as RACISTS?????
Shame on you members and society for blaming kids on a field trip.
