I'm turning 47 and notice I eat less but gained pounds over the last few years. Still workout on a regular basis but the pounds crept on. I admit I still made poor food choices but the amount I ate is less when I was in my 20's and 30's.
Took some bloodwork just in case there's something wrong with my thyroids. But definitely want to shed some weight as Type 2 diabetes scares the shit out of me.
Anyone else notice a slowdown on their metabolism?
