Canoe, The Chase, Drake One Fifty

It depends upon what you're looking for. If you're looking for great food and great service, then Chase is a great choice. If you're looking for a more fun and casual vibe then Cactus Club, King Taps, and Earls are good choices but the food is nothing overly special (it's decent though but not great). For a good view and good food but more corporate, Canoe is a good choice.

I personally like Yorkville for lunch.

Interesting spot for lunch is the dining room at The Law Society of Ontario, Osgood Hall on Queen Street. They have a web site with posted menu and are listed with OpenTable.
