Don't doubt the two ladies mentioned are excellent but have to ask what comes first, the chicken or the egg? Low rates, level of screening, advertising here, number of guys seen in a day, location = clients = votes. Cassandra Cox at $450 an hr coming in at a very close third position is impressive.

What is just one more confirmation of that basic idea - it doesn't depend on the rate - even high priced SPs can be really very good! LOL
