Is there a general opinion that receiving a session with an MA that didn't live up to your expectations, that you are entitled to a refund or future discount from management at all MA spas? Is there really a refundable guarantee on your chosen level of satisfaction, after finishing out the session? There's going to be extenuating circumstances I'm sure, but to have several requests for refunds is overly unlucky, especially with the excellent GFE lists / stats and reviews here to hedge your experience.I think that from a clients perspective, my issue with Jessica's comments has to do with assuming that a clients complaint about a MA is related pushing her boundaries. I've had several bad experiences over the years from many MPs including CMJ (my fav) and at no point has it been because of me pushing boundaries and everything to do with the interest from the MA. I'm sure there are some idiots who push the boundary and get upset when denied but I believe most complaints are legit
I've never inquired with management about a poor overall experience, but have had lackluster sessions, we all have likely.
