Is there a general opinion that receiving a session with an MA that didn't live up to your expectations, that you are entitled to a refund or future discount from management at all MA spas? Is there really a refundable guarantee on your chosen level of satisfaction, after finishing out the session? There's going to be extenuating circumstances I'm sure, but to have several requests for refunds is overly unlucky, especially with the excellent GFE lists / stats and reviews here to hedge your experience.

I've never inquired with management about a poor overall experience, but have had lackluster sessions, we all have likely.

And you are correct. Most complaints are legit and handled/compensated accordingly.
I was simply suggesting that if mmmgood did indeed complain and was dismissed, this might have been the possible reason.

In any case, this is not the first time that mmmmgood has made jabs at the Brass Club on Terb.
We have kept silent before on this board before and it accomplished nothing.
MMMgood, we no longer want the drama you perpetuate against the Brass Club here.

From the mmmgood's account post on Terb, it seems like he has not visited us since the year we opened, 2016.
Whatever we did to upset you while spending time at our club, please come forward with your complaints with your member ID.
We are always happy to remedy any situation, whether you wish to return to the Brass Club or not.
We don't want any sour grapes out there.
But it doesn't give you permission to make jabs at us here whenever you see an opportunity to do so.
Mmmgood, please stop this. We want nothing but good relationships here on Terb.
So let's either fix this issue by contacting me personally or dismiss it completely.
