Any Alternatives to SeekingArrangement.com?

I have been a big fan of SeekingArrangement, having had two great long-term arrangements, and several lovely singular encounters. However, logging back onto the site recently after being gone a year I see that they've made some changes, mostly negative.

The site is less money focused (as an example you no longer list your monthly budget), which is a bummer when I legitimately have money to spend. The quality and quantity of ladies has dropped, and they no longer have an iPhone app.

Are there any other US sites that I should be checking out as alternatives?

SA used to be a great investment, if you are looking for a level beyond SPs.
