Locations?

Hi! A different type of question...

I am considering getting a perm location in the Durham area vs. hotels but have NO idea about locals. Can anyone provide an idea of places (condos) they have been where things are low key. I want something new and nice but not high stress concierge. I can't exactly ask a realtor for this type of info so turning to you fellas who have the experience.

Can someone post here or pm me with thoughts? Thank you VERY much

Don't know about low key, but Liverpool/401 in Pickering is a few newer condos. Easy access by 401. May be pricey.

It has been a few years since I have been there but I did visit a few ladies over the years at a condo on the northwest corner of Kingston and Westney Rds in Ajax. There was no concierge, just the standard 'enter buzz code' system, low key.

There are a couple of buildings in Whitby right across the street from the GO station, on Victoria Street. It's been a while, but I've seen three different women there multiple times. Same deal, you have to get buzzed in, nobody watching the door.

If youre talkin about the
Frisco by the bay or something..its concierge
They'll ask questions
I uzed to see someone there so often i got to know them by name
Even brought them coffee and tea sometimes.LOL

Yes, I recall this one also. Has public parking right across the street for Shoppers and a variety of stores for those clients who prefer to park away from the location although there were a few visitor parking spaces right in front of the door. Very low key place.
