The demand for Queen's music has never been greater. There are inaccuracies in the film, Freddie did not have AIDS when he performed at Live Aid and News of the World came out before The Game. Freddie embarked on a solo career after Live Aid, it only served to fuel his runaway drug habit. The songs he wrote during that period eventually found their way into Innuendo, Queen's last album. grunge overshadowed that album at the time but is now considered on the same level as The Doors: LA Woman.

With demand being so high, I hope that a good indie director will make a film about Freddie's relationship with Mary Austin. She's now a very rich woman.

Saw the movie on the weekend and loved it. I would see it again. Remi Malik did a fantastic job at portraying Freddie Mercury. I can't imagine anyone else in the role, especially not Cohen. And the guy who played Brian May is a dead ringer for May. Incredible.

Yes, some of the details are out of order in the movie. Like Freddie announcing to the band he had AIDS or his "solo career" . The reason, I suspect, is that they wanted to close the movie with Live Aid and so many important details needed to come before that. Really that simple.

They could not leave out Aids, but they could not put it in chronological order.

Some of the dates on the song releases were also out of order.

But it's a movie and not a documentary.

The only thing that made me cringe was when Freddie was harassed several times throughout the movie being called a "paki" and being insulted about his teeth or his sexuality. Really not very kind.

But a great movie to see and I enjoyed it a lot.
