Poor Experience at the Brass Club

Went to brass club recently. Came up elevator and told receptionist my appointment. She said it would just be a few minutes until I could go in the room. This is where the Brass Club gets rather unprofessional in my opinion. So I am standing by the receptionist desk waiting, not big deal on that, however I made contact with at least five MA's, two of which proceeded to make comments to me. None of them were the MA I was there to see. I don't know about you guys, but when I go to a spa I want to have contact with as few people as possible.

The session itself was alright, however the MA was at least ten minutes late coming into the room.

This is what really put a sour taste in my mouth though: we ended my 45 minute session and I paid the MA $160, which is the amount stated on the Brass Club website for a 45 minute session. MA took me out to reception area and we said goodbye to each other. I get on the elevator, elevator doors close but elevator doesn't move. Elevator door opens and the MA is standing there saying I owe her another $20. I said, isn't it $160 for 45 minute session? She said yes, but we did an hour. No big deal, I take her word for it and give her the $20. Elevator doors close and elevator starts going down. I look at my cell phone and my session was definitely not an hour. It was 45 minutes at most.

Another general note, anyone find some of the girls there possibly drunk? Some of the MA's I encountered prior to my session seemed quite drunk. Also, the MA I saw came in the room with a full drink in her hand. Not the most classy place.

Anyway, I won't be going back to Brass Club. Unless Thalya comes back lol.

Hello and Good morning POF1,

We apologize that you had a less than satisfactory experience with us.

We run the Brass Club a bit differently then other adult establishments. Usually gentlemen are more then happy to see ladies in abundance at the reception and bar area, and we actually encourage it. Other businesses appreciate our business model so much, that they are trying to duplicate it.

When it comes to discretion, for 99% of our clients, it refers to not seeing other clients. Thus the privacy curtain between our reception and bar area.

We are happy to accommodate your request of not running into hostesses when you visit us.

We are very strict on our drinking policies and do not and will not tolerate intoxication.
All of our smart serve approved bartenders are trained to cut off and we even have a breathalyzer on hand when needed.

I was personally at the club last night when you left. I'm not sure what you're referring to about drunkenness yesterday evening... The vibe and atmosphere among the ladies is jovial and generally happy to be there.
It may sometimes be construed as being tipsy.

Again, we apologize that your experience was less than satisfactory.
Your business is very important to us.

Please feel free to contact me directly by email at info@brassclub.ca

Thank you,
Jessica

Jessica,

Interesting about the fact that there is some sort of override on the elevator...meaning you have control over when someone can leave...a bit frightening.

Also, you never addressed that the MA seems to be charging for the wait time? That certainly seems unprofessional.

We only control the elevator when letting people up into the club. Otherwise, it's locked from the lobby area up onto our floor.
In this case, I'm guessing Pof1 didn't press G for the ground level immediately after he got into the elevator.

I am hoping to address the issue of time in session with Pof1. Which is why I asked to be emailed.
When an issue does exist, it is certainly in our best interest to remedy it immediately. :)

I hope this answers your questions.

Thanks for the reply, although you didn't address the main reason for my post, which is the incident on the elevator.

The issue is timing in this case.

I would much rather prefer discussing the exact times that you entered and left the club in a less public area to maintain everyone's privacy and discretion.

I really do want to remedy this situation with you.
Please contact me via email whenever you have an opportunity.

Thank you,

Jessica

Interesting comment about running into attendants in the reception area. The first time I went there I did not have an appointment with anyone, but had a couple of MA’s in mind that I thought I would like to see. When the first 2 I asked about were not available, the receptionist, in an effort to be helpful, suggested she get all the available attendants to “parade” in front of me to make a choice. I could be wrong and call me old-fashioned if you’d like, but I refused because I felt uncomfortable doing that as I didn’t think the MA’s would appreciate the “cattle call”. However, if the attendants just happened to be hanging about, I don’t think I would have a problem with that.

Anyway, my third choice was available and I had a wonderful time with her - a very sensual and unrushed session I might add.

Personally, I love meeting as many ladies as possible when I'm at the front desk. I guess I'm more used to the openness of strip clubs, where everybody sees everybody else: strippers, staff, other clients.

Would I look weird if I got there in advance just to mingle with the ladies in the bar area?

I am there with you Sir. I think Jessica is handling this very professionally and I applaud her candour and directness. I understand it's not always possible to pre-book an appointment but honestly most MAs have twitter account and are very active in communicating so the best way to connect and assure an appointment with the MA of choice is to set up an appointment.

I wouldn't have made this post if it wasn't for the incident on the elevator.

Not my personal preference to run into other ladies but wasn't a deal breaker.

Although, I'm a little confused as to how you can be tipsy without being intoxicated LOL.

Update: was offered $20 back from Brass Club. I won't be going back there. Not my type of place after my most recent experience.

The MA who ripped me off for an extra $20 at the elevator was Violette.

Obviously this isn't about the $20, more about the incident itself.

Even though it was unfortunate incident and hope it won't happen again, I like the sound of the brass club theme and personally I don't mind having the MA a little tipsy it might bring naughtiness to the session. I'm not too big on massage parlours and haven't been in one for few months now but for the way Jessica handled the situation she earned my respect and might check out the club sometimes soon, I'm over due for some TLC.

That's just who she is.
She's a very confident woman, which is often mistaken as b**chiness. However she is also quite rude and has a huge ego.
To each their own, if you ever hear her talking at parties you get the sense that she thinks she is better than everyone and the world owes her for existing in it.

I had a 2h session, she ended it 1.5h and told me it was full time.
Jess took the hit and gave me a discount on my next session.

Haven't been @ brass for about 20ish months..

I have had some pretty good experiences @ Brass, don't get me wrong!
It's just the bad ones have far outweighed the good (not in number just content)

As a final note to the OP, Yes some of the girls do get drunk while on shift. Sometimes its fun, often times it's kind of off putting and made me feel kind of sleezy.
Like I was taking advantage of their inebriated state. Walking to my room, when they had a couch/love seat in the hallway, one time a lady was blacked out lying face down on the couch with her glass on the floor.

I guess it's a matter of YMMV. Of course this can be said for basically anything, let alone with MAs.

I score my experiences at Brass as 1-1-1. A W, a L, and a N/A

My first visit wasn't necessarily bad but it was still an L, the session with the MA left me feeling underwhelmed. Based on the reviews I read (not of her specifically) but of other people's experiences at Brass, I felt like I wasn't getting the experience others positively glowed about.

My second visit was much better, ergo a W. The MA I booked a session with made me almost forget about my first go, and she left me feeling very positive about coming back to see her, at least until she left and I never got the chance for a repeat.

My third visit actually didn't happen, so N/A. Firstly because the MA I booked it with initially was cleared from the schedule. There was another MA I was interested in seeing but I ended up getting sick that evening and didn't book a follow up.

Main reason I haven't gone back is because I can really only go on weekends and I guess weekends aren't so busy there because there's fewer MAs compared to the rest of the week and the ones I am most curious about currently are all working weekdays. Ah well.

It's too bad the OP had a negative first experience. I understand if they won't be going back but hey, I took a chance a 2nd time and maybe the bar wasn't set very high but the MA I was with definitely cleared it and then some. Just may need to find a more compatible MA to get the kind of experience you'd like.
