I will agree that ease of booking is big. If you only do incalls and your place is like an hour away, plus you require references, plus a deposit, plus you only work like one night a week, plus I have to book way in advance, plus you have restrictions on ethnicities/body types/etc., I probably won’t book. It’s up to you if you feel those things are necessary, and I respect your choice, but if I have to jump through tons of hoops, I probably won’t bother.
As for pics, I need to see the goods. Face is optional, though appreciated if you’re comfortable. I have had situations where I’ve booked a lady without a face pic and she turned out to be not attractive to me at all, so it’s nice to have, but I absolutely understand why most ladies won’t show their face. Pics can be tasteful/classy, but let me see what you look like. The more I can see, the better.
Another one nowadays that’s somewhat under utilized: videos. There are sites like Pornhub where you can make an account and throw up a few videos. I absolutely love a good blowjob, and I’ve booked girls based on nothing other than a short video of them “demonstrating their skills”. A video makes it very easy for me to think “hmmmm... yes, I think I would like that to happen to me”. Again, obviously a lot of girls can’t do this for privacy reasons, but if you’re willing to, it definitely helps your chances.
Price isn’t huge for me, but if there’s a girl who obviously seems to be overpricing herself, it’s a factor. Most prices I see ladies asking nowadays seem pretty fair to me.
Attitude, obviously. If you come off as very rude/bitchy/dismissive/whatever, I’ll be giving you a pass. I try to be polite, respectful, and honest. Show me the same please. Generally coming across as open minded, honest, and respectful are a huge plus.
