ding ding ding ding … on the decline, precisely. Trade a Nylander who has yet to hit his prime and peak for a declining asset. And why on earth would anyone want the Leafs to become the Oilers. They are an epic failure.

every leaf thread on terb is literally a joke. do you guys even follow hockey?

So many stupid opinions and misinformation.

Nylander will be a leaf after the Dec deadline. I will bet anyone here a 1hr session with any escort they want if you truly think otherwise, lets see how you really think

Care to elaborate?

If they don’t sign him, yes he is technically still a leaf. Why would I bet that since I called a lack of move in this part a month ago in spite of all the analysts saying he will sign soon.

I am still predicting trade. Were you one if he believers that kept saying any day now?

This is supposed to be a fun site for sports discussions and nothing serious. If you think you're so far beyond intellectually and want only to insult than discuss or debate, maybe this thread is not for you.

You may turn out to be right as this (Nylander signed or traded) seems like a 50/50 chance even to many of the supposedly hockey experts, unless of course you think you're the genius that have inside information. There's also the chance that, speaking in such definite terms (obnoxiously I must say) you're setting yourself up looking quite foolishly.

I detect a former Leafs troll re-incarnated. He talks like he's the only one who knows hockey as if he's the Hockey News editor.

He offered up Matthews, Nylander, Kadri, Demott and Gardiner for McDavid, Nurse and Licic.

I think you're mixed up with who glampgotograher was referring to as a troll, but if you're referring to my post when I talked about how salaries would have to match up in trading with the Oilers, any 10 year old child with a heathy brain would understand it wasn't meant to be a serious proposal, but then a ten year old wouldn't be taking the Leafs talks so seriously as some guys do here.

You just reminded me of that troll who challenged everyone here for some predictions, claimed how much better the Devils were over the Leafs and Laine was the true No.1. He was wrong on all counts of course. I believe he had several handles and was banned once or twice.

I stand by that Nylander won’t be a leaf.

They won’t trade him and will let him sit. I only see a trade if it is a good trade. Dubas is too smart to make a bad trade, get roasted by the team and public, and then make it so much harder to sign the next two.

They can still make a trade deadline deal with a non playoff team who is looking to tank.

As for Dubas, It helps when you don't have Harold Ballard as the team owner.

I’d like to see Nylander and the 2019 1st round pick to San Jose for Karlsson.
That would be insane, Kapanen made him look like a pylon on his second goal.

As I said before, foot injuries are notoriously slow to heal, if ever. The Senators rushed him back last season and it showed. There has been no improvement this season. He's looking more like Peter Forsberg, who's career was cut short by a foot injury that never fully healed.

I still read articles and hear “analysts” and experts saying they never saw this coming or still think he will sign.

It reminds me that they are fans and only have a bit more info than we do but they don’t want to analyze logically and take risks with their commentary.

It is very likely that he will sit out the year. It’s an extrapolation of the current two plus months.

No experts are taking to that opinion though. The Nylander camp didn’t think this would happen but clearly they drew a line in the sand and won’t back down.

It’s in the Leafs hands so trade or sit.

The Pens are reeling. Blew a 4-1 lead to Sabres. In last place of the east. Heads are about to roll.
Glam. Is there an escort that looks like her?
