So recently there was a women attending the U.S open (Tennis) and the camera caught her dipping in chicken finger into coke.

So it got me wondering about what some other weird eating quirks are that people have.

For me, I love flat cold Ginger ale. I buy a few bottles at a time, open them to let the carbon out, put the cap back on, then put them in the fridge for a few days before I'll drink them...lol.

A friend of mine puts potato chips in assorted sub sandwich...lol.

In the American Midwest (eg Kansas), they have a thing for dipping cinnamon buns in chili.

As for myself, watermelon cubes with cracked black pepper, goat feta and balsamic vinegar with either dill or basil or cilantro ( whatever is available in the fridge)

Okay....people may think me gross after sharing this. But I love salted butter, especially when cold and hard. Bread and butter is one of the most luxurious things to me(I'm a simple gal lol). When eating bread and butter, I put large chunks of cold butter on my bread. To the point where people have asked me "do you need some bread with that butter?" Lolol!! Also when cooking or baking with cold butter I'll eat little chunks of it. I call them butter snacks. Oh geeze...I probably shouldn't be sharing that shit!!!

You should try salted butter chunks (especially the European style) mixed with nut butter ( peanut or cashew or hazelnut) and raspberry jam (Bonne Mamam brand) on toasted raisin bread.

A guilty pleasure I have ( and limit to special occasions) is to pan-fry ( oven is good too) strips of chicken or turkey skin until crisp. Season with salt and pepper with lemon thyme. Eat like crisps or on top of sushi rice with homemade pickled ginger.

You're weird. I do all that stuff but with unsalted butter. I am normal. You are not. ;)

I haven't done exactly that but have definitely done almost the same thing on many occasions!! Sometimes without the jam if I don't want the sweet:)

And ohhh crispy panfried poultry skin....if I had a tub of it I would not share...I refuse!!!

Butter is bad for the cholesterol and salt is bad for the blood pressure. IMO, might as well eliminate one of them.
