Probably Durant is all-around better at this point. Just because Durant has a better jumpshot and is more established in the NBA. Giannis is younger though and has time on his side to get even better. Even Magic Johnson predicted that Giannis will eventually bring a championship to Milwaukee.
Speculation that KD's calf strain is really a partially ruptured Achilles would rule him out.

Both healthy, I think KD has the advantage as he can more easily create his own shots.

...

Canada hater, Stephen A Smith must be devastated. He was shilling for the Knicks to get the No.1 pick. ...
Most entertaining guy of all the analysts. He was actually backing the raps for much of the season and he was up front that his issue was with waiting in line for customs, not the city. His own fault though since he could easily gotten nexus/global traveller status.

He is also up front about being a die-hard Knicks fan.

Got home at Halftime and decided to watch the rest of the game. Now I haven't watched much basketball in recent years so maybe my memory is flawed or some changes in the game passed me by but ... that was some of the SOFTEST professional men's basketball I've seen in a very long time. One lazy, hopeful perimeter shot after another by both teams with only one guy inj the building (Lowry) being hot enough to justify it. Have they completely changed the way they call offensive and defensive fouls so players want nothing to do with basket except on as breakout?

It wasn't even good perimeter play with lighting fast ballmovement or clever passing, just lazy. i couldn't believe either of these teams are in a conference final. What am I misjudging here?

p.s. Hate to say it but Bucks in 6.

Yeah they blew last night. They game was theirs and they let it get away from them and the greek freek wasn't a factor. You know that happening again. At this point, I have no faith the bench will get out of this slump. If our bench did what it did during regular season, the raps may have even one this thing.

It's only one game but same problems as previous series. Can't make easy shots i.e., Norman Powell and team can't fricking rebound with the ball! We really missed OG,imho.

Biggest problem offensively is the way some of them defer to Kawhi. With the exception of Kyle, Marc, and Serge, it looks like the team plays offense scared to shoot and trying to get rid of the ball as soon as they can.

First shot defense has still been great but it seems that as soon as a shot goes up they act like the job is done. I get how tough it is when there is a switch and a guard has to box out Lopez of Giannis but Pascal has been incredibly soft rebounding and all night Bucks just walked by the raps to grab offensive boards.

Can we sit Green and start either McCaw or ...Lin?? Green is pressing too much I think. Give him five minutes to relax at start of game and see what happens. I am going to the game on Sunday. Can't wait!!!

Green still plays solid D, far better than McCaw and Lin.

I love watching ESPN talk shows but in the last two weeks it's funny to hear them go from Raps vs GS to Bucks with a slight edge over TO and now today talking about Warriors vs. Bucks as a forgone conclusion. They are entertaining though.

Not a fucking chance McCaw or Lin play in anything other than garbage time. Even if they were to decide to sit Green and give some to another player, it would be Jodie Meeks.

Maybe because the Bucks are playing at a high level and the Raptors aren’t? The Bucks didn’t finish in first place in the NBA by accident. Aside from Kawhi, no one showed up tonight. The Bucks are double teaming him every time he touches the ball and the rest of the team can’t make open shots.

That's the problem. In order to win you have to be able to throw the ball into the basket, and Raps can't do that anymore...lol.

How could they not the way the Raps look?

It's damn frustrating, the Raptors have been in Jerry Lee Lewis mode for four games now - whole lotta bricklayin goin on.

There is no way Kawhi is staying in Toronto if the Raptors get swept. And The Walker's girl won't be shakin.

No chance they get swept. They'll take at least 1 game at home, but they're done. They got away with playing like shit last series, you can't play like that for the second series in a row especially against a better team.

This doom and gloom feelings about the Raptors performance after a game was the same with Gm3 from the last series in Philadelphia. They lost gm3 and fell behind 2-1 in that series. They had one of their best game of the series in Gm4 to tie it up. So, what I am saying is that the Raps won't go quietly on their home court either tomorrow or on Tuesday night. You also might have a case of the Bucks feeling over confidence or cocky before heading into gm3 tomorrow. It's human for them just to do that. I hope I am right so that my money won't go wasted when I am there cheering for them tomorrow. LOL!

The Bucks are legit. I'm not even mad. I expected the Raps to lose.

Masai got some work to do if he's going to build a team to challenge these guys for the next 3 years.

I'm in the same place. My frustration has been that since the start of the Philly series, Toronto is whole different animal compared to what we say most of the season.

I also think that Toronto's defense is pretty solid in general but the Bucks defense is a bit better and they actually have an offense.

Interesting rumour is that the Raps might make a play for AD if Kawhi stays but would likely mean dismantling the team including losing Pascal. I'd still be tempted.

Siakam hasn't done much in the playoffs to prove he would be worth much in a trade. His first year as a starter and faltered in the playoffs. The Raptors don't have anything that new Orleans would want, even their draft picks would be too low, forget the AD stuff.

I think Nurse could do a better job of drawing plays. The offense is a bit too 1 dimensional and we aren't shooting that great.

Getting some mismatches, cuts to the rim and action near the rim would help a lot.

AD is expensive. Not sure he's the piece to lift us to the next level.
