You mentioned that she won't be testifying on Monday. I said that yes it won't be Monday but she is willing to testify next week, meaning not Monday but another day of the week. That is where you started your nonsensical rants that it is what you said. But obviously you did not go through your posts, as you made no mention of next week. . So read your own posts next time. Okay??
Dude. You are just weird sometimes.

Anyway let's see what happens now that she has asked for an extension.

I would give it to her. Saturday at 6 pm. Show up on Wednesday morning under the Senate terms or it's over.

You don't have to be a Trump supporter to call bullshit on the accusation. It's obvious that the accusation is politically based, use your head.

25% of women and 28% of men do, which means even a good chunk of Democracts and In dependants think it's bullshit. And the right is absolutely right to call the left hypocrites for this, where is the investigation into Trudeau, where are the demands for his resignation, at least Kavanaugh denies his allegations, unlike Trudeau.
How do you know it was "bullshit"?? Were you present? Look at the number of accusations from women and how many of these men who were accused in the end were being found guilty in a court of law. 25% of women think it is BS, meaning 75% think it is genuine. Similarly 72% of men think it is genuine, and so the majority of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans think that it is genuine.

Trudeau's denials was against it being sexual in nature that was corroborated by the Publisher. That reporter has decided not to proceed with any further accusations. At least Trudeau was honest about it. This Kavanaugh dude is a liar!!

You are the weird one as you passionately defend this alleged sexual assaulter. The way it is being conducted is pathetic. Will say it again that if Bush initiated an investigation for his own nominee, and that was done in just three days, why on earth can such a serious allegation not involve a thorough investigation, where the victim has been so brave to come and agree to testify? Time is not a factor. The Republicans delayed Merrick Garland who was nominated by Obama. That nomination was delayed for 293 days and then expired. Were there any sexual allegations against Garland. Off course not, but all these hypocrites will find excuses to accelerate a controversial right wing nomination when it suits them!!

Passionately defend? I'm hoping she testifies. It's that simple. But there is shouldn't be all this stupidity. She has made an accusation and needs to say her piece. Period. There is no need for an FBI investigation. It's her testimony that will decide if it's warranted. Only her credibility now is the deciding factor.

Why is there no need of a FBI investigation that was granted to Anita Hill? We know that Kavanaugh's credibility would have been tested if there was a FBI investigation. It is this moron of a President who is not being fair. All it will be as a result is a "he said / she said" testimony. Precisely what Trump wants it to be!!

Because the circumstances are not the same. There is no place for an investigation to go. The entire premise rests on her and her credibility. She can't remember when and where.

She is playing games with the US senate and it's most important function now. She needs to testify and convince them to stop this. The onus is on her.

Too bad if you and others don't like it. That's the way this is supposed to work in light of the lack of facts, corroboration, and time.

She is testifying, and her lawyer has confirmed it with Grassley. They are ironing out the minute details. She is 100% credible, and her lawyer actually wanted the Judiciary Committee to subpoena the witnesses who were present. We all know then that the truth would come out from these witnesses that are denying it, as it implicates their reputation as well. Obviously, you are brainwashed into believing that she is "playing games with the US Senate". Do not know where you get your information with regards to this very serious allegation. Ask any woman who has come out to reveal these allegations and they will tell you that it is the most stressful stuff that they have ever had to do. Again she is a Professor and has a Doctorate. That should tell you that she is a highly intelligent and very aware of how serious a step she has so courageously taken to bring out the real truth. Grassley and the Republicans are desperately trying to put up all the barriers in order to shield the one with very little credibility. I.e. Kavanaugh!!

Check with snitch McConnell on that. And nothing is nearly confirmed. She made a vague statement with no details.

She is becoming less sympathetic by the day. And hiring the same Lawyer representing Andrew McCabe? More bad optics.
You have a problem with her hiring Andrew McCabe's lawyer? As I said, she is ready to testify on certain conditions. She was not requesting something that was over and above her rights to do so. Again, if Anita Hall's case had the opportunity to be investigated by the FBI, then definitely the truth should be the priority, not just the partisan Senate Judiciary Committee who are trying to push in the barriers just so they can accelerate the nomination of Kavanaugh. Her lawyers once again have confirmed that she is willing to testify, but the day and time is still to be agreed on. No bad optics, just the Trumptards cult Followers' prescription lenses!!

Rights? Please show me the statutes in regards to her rights in dictating the term of testifying before the Senate.

She is playing games. Delaying games.

Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand Who Leads Charge Against Judge Kavanaugh Was Involved in AT LEAST TWO Other Sex Assault Hoaxes

New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is leading the charge against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh had 36-year-old sexual abuse charges hurled at him in the last week.
Gillibrand believes Kavanaugh is guilty because he is not asking the FBI to investigate the evolving charges from 36 years ago.
Kavanaugh vehemently denies the charges as do the two other men mentioned by the accuser.

Gillibrand also led the charge against a University of Virginia fraternity accused of rape by The Rolling Stone.
The entire report ended up being a complete hoax.
The Rolling Stone later agreed to pay the UVA fraternity $1.65 million for their discredited rape accusations.

And now this…
Senator Gillibrand brought “Mattress Girl” to the State of the Union Address in 2015.

The Columbia University student who dragged a blue mattress around Columbia University’s campus in 2014 to dramatize her plight as a rape victim, was later discredited

The male student Emma Sulkowicz accused of raping her, was later ‘found not responsible’ and the university settled with him.

I am disgusted with the Republican Senators for accommodating this individual. With every day her story is becoming weaker and it looks like an incompetent hit job to stop a Supreme Court nomination. They're playing along instead of just having a straight up vote. Those timid creatures have no business to sit in the US Senate.

Why dont you show us the statutes regarding the right of a subject to dictate the terms of testifying before a grand jury or special prosecutor.

As president? When he is in fact not a target? Quite a bit actually. Starting with he can't be indicted and go from there.

The President does come under special rules.

Hold the phone.

Another woman has come forward. And there are rumours of more. If this checks out, it's a game changer.

Do any of you guys actually talk to women?..... Prof Ford is a hero to women right now. Every women that I have talked to in the last few days loves her. They're all against Kavanaugh. They hate him and they hate the all white Republican Old Men's CLub for protecting him.
