No...the fact that he has experience in business is the point. Businesses succeed and fail for various reasons, of which sometimes it's not the owner's fault.
By the same token you would argue that Trudeau's experience as a drama teacher makes him the best person to change the country?
I loved Minister Rickford's line that the only thing "green" was all the money lining the pockets of the Liberal government's well-connected insiders.

Without a doubt, the Green Energy Act was the worst piece of Ontario legislation in living memory. A disastrous public policy, horribly implemented.

He was the best of three bad choices, the other two promised to continue deficit spending. he electorate recognized that has to stop. That is the issue which decided the election
