No, they are likely guilty of war crimes recently, not terrorism.
The rocket attacks are war crimes because the rockets aren't accurate enough to aim only at military.

Israel just killed 132 people and injured 14,000 civilians over the summer and continue to kill and maim every Friday.
These attacks on civilians protesting for basic human rights are far worse then anything you accuse Hamas of.

Bring on the ICC.
