Viagra via Maple (telemedicine service)?

Hi terb,

A long story short, I lost my virginity to a SP last night after too long of not doing anything about it (I'm 28yo). However, I had some performance issues during penetration and would like to keep my options open for next time. I stayed hard during the BJ, but kept on getting hard then soft when she was riding me cowgirl and during missionary. I nevertheless had fun despite the circumstances :)

I know that this was probably performance anxiety during my first time, but I am concerned about my enjoyment in future situations - especially if I'm paying for it.

I've seen ads for a telemedicine service called Maple as of late. Has anyone tried using it to get Viagra or other ED meds? If so, how involved was the process?

Thanks!

Don’t be so quick to jump to meds as you will likely never stop using them. Try again and maybe just oral session to stay hard the whole time and have successful result. Then go from there.

You will never get the most enjoyment the first time, it gets better at later events. Personally I have never enjoyed a girl riding me. I prefer to be on top. If you enjoyed it the first time then that is a start in the right direction.

Maple works good. Had a prescription in under 15 minutes, faxed to my pharmacy for pickup in less than an hour...

Just curious how this went for you.

I'm concerned I'm going to drop $49 on the online doctor's visit and then not end up with a scrip because the doctor wants me to see my family doctor for more testing.

Yeah, I got a script for Cialis.

The appointment was conducted completely over instant messaging (I thought there would be video conferencing involved, but no). I mentioned that I had been experiencing issues over the past six months where I'm unable to maintain erections in bed and that this was affecting my self-confidence. The doctor then asked if I had any history of heart problems (which I don't) and I quickly got the script sent to my pharmacy.

I would still imagine that it's YMMV - I'm 28yo (so pretty young) and I guess I'm at a lower risk of having heart or low BP issues which is why I didn't have too many issues getting the meds.

I'm 36, hopefully I fall into that category. Did they need to speak with your family doctor at all?

Hi I think it’s easier to walk to my local walk in clinic for free than to pay $49 to talk to online doc.

I've been to two walk in clinics and they both told me to go to my family doctor.

My family doctor is fine, but his nosey secretary blabs about things to the rest of my family (mother, father, sisters)..

You should complain about the nosey secretary. She is violating patient confidentiality.

I agree, but my whole family has been with this doctor for decades now, so I don't want to ruffle anybody's feathers. Heck, it's helpful when my Dad forgets an appointment, she calls me (he's getting old, and it's more and more important for him to keep these appointments).

Walk in clinics aren't guarantee either. It depends on the doctor if he/she wants to do a "thorough examination". They might want to run a test(s)/ then ask you to come back.

This site is actually legit(Or I should say, it appears to be). Hassle free if you want privacy.

by the way:

Is it Possible to Develop an Addiction to Viagra?
The risk of developing an addiction to Viagra is minimal. In fact, Viagra is classified as safe and non-habit forming when used as directed.
Viagra is not addictive in any medical sense because the drug causes no long term change in sexual function. It simply works by temporarily increasing blood flow to the penis to create an erection. Taking Viagra does not influence a man's ability to perform sexually in the future. However, a man who takes Viagra to treat impotence is likely to continue to need the drug in order to achieve an erection. If the underlying cause of the impotence remains, Viagra will be necessary to achieve an erection. The drug does not "cure" erectile function; it merely treats the symptom of the condition

https://addiction.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Addiction_to_Viagra

just don't abuse it and don't mix it with other drugs.

Also, any walk-in doctor will give it to you, no need to do some weird online stuff, moreover, assuming you work/ have benefits, you can get it almost for free (~10 dollars for 12 100mg pills = 48 25mg shots)

I agree with you, it's not addictive in medical sense. You can see the description and indications here. However, using it can cause psychological addiction. Be careful with it. It's very easy to get a prescription but think twice if you really need it to perform in bed.

If you are having problems I suspect the doc would take your word for it as opposed to them having to see how hard you can get to determine your need. ;)

honestly this is my thought too. anyone who thinks they're going to be great straight out the gate has been watching too much porn. these things take time! if you're 28 you shouldn't need to turn to these kind of drugs right away.

hmm in the age of electronic health records, are they hooked into that process? ie that your prescription would go on record - even at the pharmacist and your family doctor would be alerted?
