So in your world, legal rights begin at 18?

I know it's difficult to understand but the right to vote is a different thing than legal rights under the law. I'm sure on eof the lawyers on the board can point out endless legal precedent for children and youths having the right to sue for protection of the Charter rights.

As already proven twice, most teachers voted Conservative in the last Provincial election counter to their union's recommendation.
You see a "left wing agenda" under every rock.
John, that was like 60+ years ago.

Sometimes I think old-times should not be allowed to drive in the left lane & should not be able to hang out at Tim Hortons staring at my daughters ...... but that's a discussion for another thread.
For the 3rd time John, he students are not suing the gov't, they are protesting. Saying the same wrong thing over and over won't change the fact that it's wrong.

do you really think there was no adults involved in this
Absolutely they could. As already stated, the Student Council did it several times when I was in high school. Kids today are bright, motivated and capable. Student Councils have been talking to each other for years and the Internet only makes all of this easier.

Have you noticed that in this and other threads, he often just reposts earlier sentences over and over. Like an old timer who just keeps repeating himself for months and years, regardless of facts.

And yes, his government has the right to change the curriculum but it doesn't mean it's a smart choice. Those students (and OMG the teachers) also have the right to protest the decision.
    ^^^--- Exactly right
