I have spinach smoothies , dark berries are supposed to be the most nutritious, pink fish for their good fats, broccoli salad, a drink of aloe vera (drink it fast because it is bitter).

With my smoothie maker, put in enough ice and whatever is in it becomes ice cream so veggie ice cream etc.

Nonsense. Indulgence can be done with healthy food.

Get a smoothie maker to make veggie ice cream.

I make my own pure dark chocolate with fruit and nuts then freeze it. Delicious.

Even though, I still do eat lots of shit, I have learned to moderate the frequency and amounts of those food. At my last doctor's visit, I was down over 50 pounds, although it has taken several years. But I feel having some indulgences helps me from going overboard like I used to.

I lost same amount. It was all through food change and as food change is permanent , and not a diet, I gained nothing back

I eat zero junk food and I have never looked back.

Even when on the road I figure out how to eat healthy when all I see are fast food chains

Fresh fruit salad. A variety of vegetables. I've eliminate alot of processed foods. Fish twice a week.

I dont do the smoothie thing. I need real food.

That is me too. Just dropped 30lbs from changing up just a couple of eating habits. I changed them to physically feel better and the weight loss just kind of happened. When I was noticing it and feeling the great results, I just kept going.

I am still losing a little bit but I think I am going to plateau for a bit. I know if I want to lose more then I can diet or exercise. But me - exercise - that is a funny fucking thought. Hahahaha.

I eat a lot of raw vegetables broccoli, asparagus, kale, green pepper, and okra on a regular basis.
