A symbolic promise kept is much better than a stretch goal never delivered.
In this case, symbolic of his priorities and impulsiveness

Did you actually read the article?
If you did you would know that the tax is a carry-over from the previous liberal government and not the PC’s raising taxes.
And people wonder where fake news comes from...you!
Wrong...again. The tax was imposed by the Liberals to start in November.
More fake news from you.
Yes, he did read it and is fully aware of the plan. This is no stretch goal.
And no offence to people who like stretch goals more than kept promises.
And same goes for people who like unicorns.

Doug had no problem with cancelling Cap and Trade.
What is his issue with not cancelling this Liberal tax increase then?

Don't worry, he'll get to that. Then you can find another thing to whine about...because let's be honest here...there will always be another thing just based on the fact you don't like the guy.
Right?

Were sales forecasts or quality ever mentioned in the campaign promise?
Or were those tacked on by the disenchanted left after the fact?
So you admit that this was yet another brainless promise by Ford with no research behind it?

No...like I said...did he make mention of those things that people are claiming are a measure of his promise?
Here's a clue: No.

Try to keep up will ya.

So what research did he have done before making his meaningless appeal?

He may have fulfilled a promise but like most of his campaign, it was a meaningless one that will have zero impact on Ontarians.

But but but... can't he just cancel it, like other Liberal initiative cancellations?
Sorry boob... it's his tax now.
Thanks for trying though.

So you are asking me what research he has done...knowing full well that whatever the answer, you will still argue about it. So what's the point really?
If he makes a promise and keeps it...that's not good enough for you. If he doesn't keep the promise, that's not good enough for you.
Anything he has promised is not good enough for you. etc etc

So you spend your days outraged at anything he says or does knowing full well that nothing he can say or do would change your mind.

Pity.

Yes he can. And yes it's his tax now.
And yes Ontario's $400 billion debt that the Liberals created is his too and pretty much every other disastrous boondoggle the Liberals left behind are his as well. He has started dealing with those one by one. Be patient.

So what's your point? Other than chewing up internet bandwidth?

Thanks for confirming that Doug Ford is actually raising taxes on beer.

Man, you are a walking contradiction.
No wonder nobody takes you seriously here.
LOL. Sad.
